Become a Model
We’re on the lookout for customers who are willing to model our products!
To clarify, “Model” and “Affiliate” are two different things. Affiliates can also be models, but they have their own agreement. If you want to check out affiliation, please go here. Modeling has a chance of leading to affiliation, so if you aren’t yet eligible to be an affiliate, this is a good place to start.
For the purpose of Fanged Productions and Bat Balls, a “Model” is a person who is willing to let us use their photos for marketing and promotional purposes such as, but not limited to, posting to our Model Gallery, using in banners/advertisements around the site, or using in social media marketing posts.
For modeling the purchase you’ve made, you will be refunded 20% of the purchase price. For example, if you purchased First Blood for $100 on sale, and you sent us a front view, side view, and back view picture we both agree to use, you’ll get a partial refund for $20. Your real face will never be used in the photo (fursuit heads, pup hoods, and other similar things will be). Before posting, we will crop out all background around you, as well as your face if it’s in the picture. Your pictures will only be used for the purposes as outlined above, and we both must agree on the final pictures. Only once we both agree will you get your 20% partial refund.
To make our life easier, please take your photos in good lighting, against as contrasting of a backdrop as you can (don’t pose in front of a white wall if you’re wearing a white harness), with as good a camera as you can manage. We can’t accept super blurry photos, or ones where the light is bad enough to ruin the photo quality.
Modes are required to be nude for photos (a fursuit or petsuit with no accessories or clothes on does count as nude in this case). If you are modeling a chest harness we can accept photos that are just from the waist up, though we’d encourage full-body.
Your photos will get used for a minimum of 30 days (unless we choose to take them down earlier), and after that they will stay on the model page until such a time you either request for them to be taken down or we choose to take them down.
The original photos are and remain in your ownership, and you’re free to post them on social media (and hopefully tag us if it’s on Bluesky!) or use them in whatever way you want.

- Your legal name
- The name you want listed with your photos (can be a stage name, fursona name, etc.)
- Your order number (if you already ordered the product you want to model)
- The product(s) you wish to model
- Your Bluesky, if you wish to be credited/tagged on there if we use a photo of you. We do not use any other social media, so please don’t provide us with a Snapchat or X handle.
- Are you planning to model nude? Or wear something like a fursuit (full or partial), petsuit, pup hood, etc.?
Once we receive your contact form message, we will review your information and let you know if we can accept your application or not. While we will accept most applications, we may deny people if we have too many models, or too many people modeling the same product, for example. Models will never be denied on the base of physical appearance in any way, nor because of gender, race, sexuality, religion, or any other protected status. We encourage diversity!
If you’re approved, the email will contain an agreement listing all of the info we provided along with some more specifics. We need you to sign that agreement and return it. You can sign it digitally, or you can print, sign, and scan it. A picture is fine, as long as the entire agreement is clearly readable. While you can apply before submitting the order, you must apply no later than 3 days after receiving the order, because you must have the agreement signed and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Signing the agreement does not mean you must send us pictures; it just outlines what needs to be done if you want the 20% partial refund. The agreement can be canceled at any time before the partial refund is issued. That said, if you just decide to ghost the agreement, we won’t accept any model or affiliate applications from you in the future.
