ToS and FaQ

By purchasing our products, you agree to all of the terms below. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, though the terms as stated on your date of purchase are the terms that will apply.

Privacy and Denial of Service

To the best of the ability of Fanged Productions as well as our storefront hosting provider, your personal information is completely secure. We do not and will not use or sell your private information in an way. Any personal information of yours on our website will be located in your account, which you are free to delete/have deleted at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, though it will never be done so on the basis of race, sexual identities, gender, religion, or any other protected status. Only in extreme circumstance will you be barred from shopping with us unless you violate the terms on this page.

Purchasing and Using This Website:

To enter this site or make purchases, you must be 18 years of age or older, as the age-verification pop-up upon entering the site dictates. This is both for payment processing purposes as well as the adult content on this website, both in the suggestiveness of the products and the nudity of our models. By using this website, you consent to being exposed to nudity (pun possibly intended). More seriously, you agree to not harass, stalk, or be overall creepy to any of our models.

Chargebacks are not permitted. If there is a legitimate reason that you are entitled your money back and it does not violate the terms on this page, contact us for a refund. By issuing a chargeback, you will be banned from purchasing with us again.

If there is an issue with your payment method that you believe is in error, please contact your financial institution to check if there’s an issue you’re unaware of. We have no ability to see why a charge fails.

If you place an order for an invalid item (such as purchasing a custom 2-webbing polyproplyene harness and requesting a polyester second option), your order will be refunded and you will be instructed to place it again. Payment processors sometimes can take a bit to refund your order, so please make sure you read everything carefully when you order.

Nearly all of the products on this website are custom and made-to-order (if the product has any option that requires body measurements, it's considered custom). Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be produced and shipped under normal cirucmstances. If there is an issue and it will take longer than that, we will contact you as soon as we can.

Once your order is placed, you will go into a queue behind the orders placed before you. That queue will be publicly available on our Trello. Provided there isn't an issue with our stock (items we expect to arrive in less than 3 days aren't going to be listed with an ETA on our website), you have the option of separately paying 10% of your total order cost to have your order jump the line and be rushed. That order will be listed as a "Rush" on our Trello. If you pay to rush an order but someone else has a rush order before yours, theirs will be finished first.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide, using a combination USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated in real-time through our shipment processing system, so they are what they are. For international shipments, keep in mind that import/customs fee may apply on top of the shipping charge you pay, which would likely be collected in your country of origin by customs or the shipping carrier.

USPS/UPS insures up to $100 automatically, but no further insurance can/will be added.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have entered the correct address at checkout. If you enter the incorrect address and do not let us know before your order is shipped, we will not refund the cost of your order. You can either choose to pay for your order again, or wait 30-45 days to see if the package gets returned to us. We give that timeframe because in our experience, that’s about how long it takes for the system to get lost packages back to the sender. If it does come back, you can choose if you want to abandon the order or pay for shipping costs again to send it out to the correct address.

If your package gets lost in the system and you have provided us the correct information, we will re-make your order, but we reserve the right to wait up to 60 days to see if it gets found and delivered, or returned to us. If you wish to have your order re-made sooner, you can choose to re-pay any order cost over the insured amount of $100 (so if you ordered a harness that was $150, you’d pay $50). Fortunately, this seems to be a fairly rare occurrence.

If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take pictures and send them to us so we can work with the shipping carrier on the claim while working on remaking your order. Your re-made order will go into the queue (which you can find on our Trello). If there’s a long queue and you wish to have your order jump the queue (provided we don’t have to re-order any supplies), you may choose to pay 10% of the value of your order to be rushed.

Returns:

Refunds, exchanges, and order changes are permitted on all orders that have not yet made it to the "In Production" status, which will both be listed on your order summary in your account and be shown in our Trello. You acknowlege that a long queue/stock issue may give you more time to request a refund, exchange, or change, but otherwise we give orders a minimum of 24 hours before we start working on them. Any order changes that differ in price (whether you'll owe more money or we owe you a partial refund) will be settled before changes are put into effect.

We do not make price adjustments; if an item goes on sale after you purchase it, you cannot adjust it to the sale price.

Once your marked as "In Production" it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange, and it may be too late to implement any changes. All customizable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our end.

If the item does not fit, we reserve the right to have you show via photo or video you re-measuring the area in question. If it's found you did not measure correctly, you will not be eligible for an exchange. If it's found to be our error, we may choose to either refund the item or request for it to be send back to us to fix. If we request the item back, we will provide you with a return label for shipping.

Non-customizable options are eligible for returns or exchanges, but they must in the same condition you received it in, you must pack it in such a way that won't cause the product damage, and you will pay return shipping. A refund will be issued once we receive the product back and have inspected it. If the product comes back in a condition we cannot resell, you will not be refunded. You can either pay for shipping back to you, or you can abandon the order.

You are not eligible for a refund if you purchase a product with the intent of being a Model, but we don't accept your application/we can't agree on the photos/whatever other reason that it doesn't happen/gets canceled. If you are really basing your purchase off modeling, we suggest sending the application in and signing the agreement before you order. While it won't guarantee anything, you won't have to worry about a rejected application after you've already made your purchase.

FaQ:

We will be adding to this as we get more questions from our customers, so if you've read this before and a new question you have wasn't answered before, it might be now! If not, feel free to contact us.

Q: What are your product straps made out of?

A: All of our products are made from either heavyweight polypropylene or picture-quality polyester webbing. Both are extremely durable, along with being water and UV resistant. After all, it’s the same general product used in seatbelts, climbing equipment, and utility straps used by large flat-bed trucks.

Q: What’s the difference between them?

A: Polypropylene webbing (referred to as “polypro” on many sites) is the more economical option. It’s lightweight, yet has a breaking strength of 600lbs. However it is a bit scratchier feeling, so those with sensitive skin may not be able to wear in directly on the skin. It also cannot be printed on, thus all of our solid-color options are polypropylene.

Polyester is arguably the second-best type of webbing there is, right behind nylon. It’s thicker, softer, and has a breaking strength of over 3,000lbs. It can be printed on using sublimation, which is why all of our polyester webbing have designs. However, because the printing is always done on a white base, the raw edge of the webbing will always show white. Because of this, the ends look a lot less clean. We do our best to mitigate this in any areas where it’ll show, but that’s not always possible.

Q: How about the hardware?

A: Our hardware comes in a few materials:

- Our adjustable sliders are made from a zinc alloy. The center metal bar moves back and forth, which makes these far easier to adjust than a typical tri-glide.

- Our buckles are side-release and made of plastic. Despite being plastic, they are quite durable. However, I would not advise yanking on any connection point with a plastic buckle. You can pull as hard as you want with no issue, but the yanking motion can cause the buckle to break. We do plan to get metal buckle options in the future.

- Our larger O-Rings (used as the center for harnesses such as First Blood) are made from stainless steel, while the rest are made of a zinc alloy.

Q: Why nude models?

A: A few reasons:

- First, we’re naturists. Nudity, even in a sexual context, can still just be beautiful casually.

- Second, we don’t want our products competing with any type of product that we make or might make in the future. We hope to expand into things like jockstraps, tote bags, and maybe other clothing options in the future.

- Third, some of our products (such as anything with a leg strap or a cock ring attachment) do require being nude or mostly nude to see.

Q: Okay, so why fursuits/pup hoods/petsuits/etc.?

A: These represent other, common ways in which our products might be worn, so it makes sense to have photos with them using our products. Also, we don’t plan to make any of those things.

Q: Why “Bat Balls” Why “Fanged Productions”? What’s the difference between them?

A: Fanged Production is the company, Bat Balls is the brand name. The owner/sole person running everything has a fursona of a vampire bat, so much of what we do is bat-related in some way. Also we love balls. It’s kind of our thing (other than harnesses, we guess).

Q: Is that why the products are all named in a similar fashion?

A: Sure is.

Q: I've noticed all of your models are AMAB/flatter-chested, and your products are not designed for AFAB people/people with a larger chest. Why is that?
A: It's honestly just lack of experience/knowledge. We absolutely would love to have our products fit more bodies. If you fit into this group and you're willing to work with us on making something, contact us! We'd be happy to give you a discount (or even make you a prototype for free if it's something we really need help with).

Q: I have a suggestion for something you could make. Can I send that to you?

A: Absolutely! Contact us with your thoughts.

Q: How do I take the measurements you’ve asked for?

Q: How the heck do I put this thing on?

Q: How do I care for my harness/webbing accessories?

A: Click on any of the above links to see our Traletorials (also linked in the description of each product page). There is a picture guide with explanations on how to measure each area we've asked for in the product listing, how to unbox any of the complex harnesses, how to put all of them on, and how to care for your webbing products. Please note that for any measurement from the waist and down, Trale will be nude in the pictures.

Q: My webbing has this fun design on it, but the raw edges are just white. Why?

A: All of the printed webbing is sublimated onto white webbing, so while color goes through the first bit of the webbing on each side, at it’s core it’s still white webbing. This is just how printed webbing is, unfortunately. We do our best to make sure the white edge isn't visible while you're wearing the product, but it's sometimes unavoidable.

Q: Why are the edges of my webbing fraying?

A: We do melt the edge of the webbing and put two lines of stitches in at the edge of each piece to help stop the fraying as much as possible (the best ways to seal it), but this is unfortunately just a thing webbing does. Please see our Traletorial page on how to (CAREFULLY) re-seal the edges of your webbing. Webbing will also fray very fast if you play with/are rough with the raw edges, so be careful! Even with sealing the edges it's still just melted plastic, so eventually the pieces will crumble off and expose the next area that's not melted.
